Entry-level parkour program designed to familiarize students with the fundamentals of movement, the facility, and the coaching style. Students learn proper jumping and landing technique, falling to prevent injury, and balancing basics. Access to parkour obstacles, trampoline, and foam pit included.

Class size: 6–8 students max. Seasonal pricing: 1x/week $295, 2x/week $539, 3x/week $699 per full season. Students assessed for advancement to Level 2 after several sessions.
