CIT 3

For campers who have successfully completed a CIT 2 session at a Girl Scouts of Colorado camp. CIT 3s will have the opportunity to select a leadership pathway for the duration of the session. Pathway options may include, a 'counselor track' (personal CIT skill development), 'crew track' (i.e. mail facilitation, all-camp inplementation, etc.), or 'service-oriented track' (i.e. prop building, trail maintenance, etc.). CIT 3s are expected to help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the camp. Regardless of their chosen pathway, all CIT 3s will live and stay overnight in a unit of campers and staff. CIT 2 and CIT 3 may be completed during the same summer. CIT 3s may sign up for multiple weeks of camp, depending on available spaces.
