Eurekus Presents: Toy Shop (Ages 9-11)
By Kent Denver School
Become an ingenious toy maker during a delightful week of play-based innovation. Camp is transformed into an inventor’s workshop to inspire wonder, tinker-time, collaboration, and play. From crank toys and telegraphs to shadow puppet theaters and pinhole cameras, students will delight while crafting their own charming toys, devices and contraptions. They will have a ball working alongside our visiting artist mentors to realize their creative visions. Plus, campers will explore loads of cool art media & technology ~ electromagnets, light & optics, cricut cutters, kinetic sculpture, painting, mechanical engineering, soldering, LEDs and more. Sack lunch option available for purchase at check-out.
