Fairyland Art: Fibers, Sculptures, Collage and More!
By Kent Denver School
Young artists will enter a magical fairyland where they create fantastical artworks!
In the morning sessions, campers will explore activities, such as finger weaving fairy garlands, exploring cyanotype with fairy flags, weaving fairy blankets, creating fairyland collages, and creating their very own fairy artist trading cards. In the afternoon session, young artists will continue their journey through fairyland as they design and build their own magical worlds. Campers will sculpt fairies, fairy mushrooms, and whimsical forest houses using paper clay, wood, and natural materials. Students will create fairy doors, tiny pieces of furniture, and enchanted pathways from twigs, moss, stones, and other treasures found in nature. To complete their creations, campers will design a miniature fairy garden to bring their imaginative forest scenes to life. Sack lunch option available for purchase at check-out.
