Farm to Fork: Seasonal Summer Cuisine

It’s thyme to bring your adventurous taste buds to the farm for a week of creating tasty food from the bounty of the farm. We’ll spend our days harvesting from the farm and creating new, seasonal, recipes using the beautiful vegetables and juicy fruits we harvest. Come use elements of heat, time, texture, color, and leavening to create an array of savory and sweet dishes and learn basic knife skills and cooking techniques. You’ll need your wondrous curiosity in camp as you join us for this week filled with teamwork, art projects, fun games and lots of delicious food.
