FRENCH COOKING

This camp week serves up a delicious and creative adventure inspired by French cooking! We’ll transform our space into a mini French café, where campers will make and enjoy tasty crêpes—both in the kitchen and through hands-on crafts. Along the way, we’ll explore French cuisine, practice shopping for food, use euros, and learn how meals are prepared in France. Campers will design and create their own pretend foods, menus, and café décor, then bring them to life in a “play market” and “play restaurant.” Taking turns as customers, sellers, and waiters, they’ll practice French vocabulary, expressions, and cultural etiquette in a fun, playful way. The week will also include themed games, songs, and outdoor activities that get bodies moving. It’s a joyful blend of cooking, crafting, culture, and creativity—très délicieux!
