Fundamental Volleyball

Ready to find your footing on the court? Open to beginners and intermediate players, you will learn the four fundamentals of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, and hitting. Through focused drills, court games, and small-sided scrimmages, you will build the foundation to play volleyball well. Importantly, there is a strong emphasis on athlete confidence, court awareness, and teamwork building.
