Garden to Table

From planting to plating, this camp helps you grow your culinary-conscious green thumb. The camp begins outdoors in our community garden where you will immerse yourself in garden-to-table learning. You’ll explore plant life, understand soil health, and master the full growth cycle of our favorite foods. You’ll craft beautiful plant mandalas, then harvest fresh ingredients to create homemade pesto, focaccia bread, and natural juices.

You’ll take home your own plant to continue growing and nourishing throughout the season.

$335 per week $25 materials fee
