Girls Lacrosse Half Day AM
By Kent Denver School
Girls Lacrosse will provide all levels of players a fun, inclusive and educational athletic experience! Through individual player assessment, head coach Mike O'Neil and his assistant coaches and current KDS varsity players will provide a high level of instruction in individual player skills as well as through fun game play. Whether a player has years of lacrosse experience or no experience at all, coaches will welcome all those interested in learning and developing as a lacrosse player! Players will learn high level dodging, shooting, defending, team offense and team defense throughout camp. Players will engage in different small-sided game-like situations. Players must supply a lacrosse stick, cleats or sneakers, goggles, a mouth guard, water bottle, and a snack each day.
Coach Bio: Coach O'Neil is currently the founder of Concept Lacrosse where he works to grow and teach the game of lacrosse in Colorado.
