Into the Wormhole: Sci-fi, Fantasty, and Speculative Fiction—Summer Camp for ages 14-18

How do you absorb readers into a fantastical universe while still staying tethered to the world we know? In this week-long camp for teens, writers of sci-fi, fantasy, and other speculative fiction will practice tunneling into imaginative new realities. We'll focus on developing characters, settings, and alternative ideas of time as we write beyond the boundaries of the known world. By the end of the week, writers will come away with one short story draft or the beginning of a longer work.
