Little Wonder Guides - 7-8-year-old Mondays
By Sojournings Academy
Little Wonder Guides is a nature camp rooted in play-based, experiential learning and the joy of curiosity. Set on a 5-acre outdoor campus, students are invited to slow down, look closely, and engage deeply with the natural world around them.
Each day blends guided exploration and open-ended play, allowing children to hike, investigate, build, create, and problem-solve together. Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and nature-based projects, students practice observation, collaboration, creativity, and leadership while nurturing a spirit of wonder.
Our focus is not just on what children learn, but how they learn—by asking questions, following interests, and developing confidence as capable explorers and thoughtful guides of their own discoveries.
*Indoor access also available and partially utilized throughout the day.

About Sojournings Academy
Sojournings Academy seeks to give our students an organic apprenticeship with Jesus through multidisciplinary, holistic, play-based, outdoor learning and prayer. Although a potentially newer concept for some of our students and families, knowing Jesus and who He says we are is central to all of our education. This happens very organically throughout the day as students explore topics of curiosity with wonder, joy and hope. We start the day with worship, inviting Jesus into our work and play, asking for the wisdom and creativity that comes from walking with Him. We invite you as parents to partner with us on this journey and welcome any questions you may have.
