Older Learn to Sail Camp: Week 2 - Boulder

This entry-level camp is perfect for beginning sailors ages 10 and up. Campers will sail in age-appropriate Tiwal or Capri 14 sailboats. This class emphasizes learning the basics, feeling comfortable on the water, and having fun. Please note that with a wide age range in this camp, we recommend older campers sign up with a friend or look at our Teens Only Learn to Sail Camp. At this level, campers practice capsizing and righting boats so it is required that campers have previous swimming experience. This includes the ability to swim in an intended direction while wearing a PFD for 25 meters (the width of a standard pool) and being comfortable in and around natural water such as lakes and reservoirs.

Moving Up: Taking at least 2 weeks of Learn to Sail Camp is required before moving on to the Intermediate level.

After Care 3:30 - 4:30pm A relaxed, supervised wind-down with games, shade, and support until you arrive. + $75.00
