Ooey Gooey Science (1st-3rd) Full Day
By Curious Jane
Perfect for mini scientists who love hands-on experiments — and don’t mind getting a little messy — this camp is packed with fizzy reactions, stretchy mixtures, colorful transformations, and sensory surprises. Campers mix, measure, combine, and discover how everyday ingredients react in wild and wonderful ways. From bubbling potions to popping paint explosions, every day delivers a brand-new “WOW!” moment.
The focus is on playful experimentation and creative discovery — no right answers, just curiosity, fun, and lots of goo! We end the week with a mini science fair where campers showcase their favorite squishy, stretchy, bubbly, or sparkling creations.
New for 2026: glow-in-the-dark wet worms, magnetic slime, color-changing potions, paint pop rocket art, bouncy-ball polymers, and DIY ice cream — plus a Slime Lab showcase where makers invent their own slime recipes and test new ingredients. Returning favorites: bouncy egg experiments, gummy bear osmosis, elephant toothpaste, twisty crystals, giant bubble wands, and shake-it make-it butter.
Notes Curious Jane does not provide food. Please pack a nut-free, non-perishable lunch and 2–3 snacks each day. Half-day campers only need snacks and do not require a lunch. Each camper receives one camp t-shirt per summer. A second t-shirt can be purchased for $12 and will feature the same design in a different color. This is a great option for campers attending multiple weeks of camp.
