Ranch Pack N Ride

(Grades 7-9) Pack ‘n Ride is the ultimate horseback riding adventure for experienced riders and EQ Program alumni ready to take their skills to the next level. This Tiyulim (Trips) program offers a thrilling 6 to 8 day journey that combines horsemanship with wilderness exploration. Campers will venture out to Red Feather Lakes, Colorado, where they’ll embark on a 4 to 6 day horse packing trip through breathtaking wilderness, guided by professional experts.

The core value of Tikkun Olam (Healing the World) is woven throughout the trip, guiding campers’ experiences as they grow as leaders and stewards of the environment. Pack ‘n Ride offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience, combining equestrian skills, wilderness camping, and adventure. Campers should expect to ride 4-6 hours per day and put their horsemanship to the test, gaining valuable skills while making lasting memories in the Colorado wilderness.

Before venturing out on Pack n' Ride, campers spend a few days at Ranch Camp, bonding as a team, preparing for their journey, and participating in key camp programs. Because of their time away from camp, campers will likely not participate in programs like Maccabiah or Yom International and may miss evening programs like Gold Rush or Kaleidoscope and may not attend every activity area.
