STEAM & Nature Explorers Camp

This camp blends science, hands-on experiments, and outdoor exploration. Campers will engage in chemistry, environmental science, and problem-solving while enjoying activities both inside and outside. Projects/Activities include:

Day 1: Bug & plant identification scavenger hunt. Day 2: Water testing & mini ecosystem experiments – explore water quality, pond life, and small ecosystems. Day 3: Nature journaling & sketching observations Day 4: Slime chemistry & simple reactions – learn basic chemical reactions with fun, safe experiments. Day 5: Build birdhouses Optional field trip: Spend one to two days at Hudson Gardens to observe plants, wildlife, and practice outdoor scientific investigation.
