Each week begins with a hands-on culinary skills lesson on Monday while campers prepare fun breakfast and brunch dishes to kick off the week. As they build on those skills throughout the week, campers create a variety of savory dishes and desserts, finishing with a special Friday luncheon they prepare and share with one invited guest.
