BMoCA Studio Project Teen Program

Free art and social justice program for 9th–12th graders in Boulder and surrounding counties. Teens explore various art-making styles and mediums, select guest artist mentors, discuss social justice issues, and share their artwork through shows and gatherings.

Free but application required. Weekly meetings held at BMoCA in person (virtual as needed). Offered in Fall and Spring semesters. No prior art background required.
About Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art
Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA) is a non-collecting institution that annually presents 14+ exhibitions at its flagship in downtown Boulder and partner location sand engaged 180+ artists. Originally called the Boulder Arts Center, the museum was first located in a small Victorian house. In 1976, the organization moved to its current location in downtown Boulder, a 1906 historic landmark building that once served as a warehouse and is now owned by the city and leased to the museum.
BMoCA protects diversity, nurtures equity, fosters accessibility, and promotes inclusion through the arts.
