Students explore citizen science, nature journaling, wilderness skills (shelter building, carving, survival), earth stewardship, and outdoor play at the Lafayette Nature Center.

Additional Activity Details

Transportation available from Ryan Elementary (Tuesdays), Sanchez Elementary (Wednesdays), and Pioneer Elementary (Thursdays) to the Lafayette Nature Center via mini bus. Families pick up at the nature center. Students from other schools must provide their own transportation. Phones and smartwatches stored away during program. All programs held outdoors except in extreme weather.
