Full Day Session (Public Speaking & Critical Thinking) Grades 6-8

Students enrolled in the Full Day experience receive the best of both sessions with no overlap. This cohort will participate in a full day’s worth of brain teasers, puzzles, and challenges that test their listening comprehension, note-taking effectiveness, analytical capabilities, presentation skills, and critical thinking prowess.

All students will receive a half-hour break after the end of the Morning Session at Noon before resuming at 12:45 PM. Students will not repeat any lessons offered in both of the Sessions.
About Debate and Public Speaking Classes
Denver Debate Club is dedicated to empowering students in grades 2-12 through the art of debate and public speaking. With a focus on developing critical thinking, persuasive argumentation, and effective communication skills, the club offers tailored classes for all skill levels, led by experienced educators and former debaters. Their mission is to help students build confidence and excel academically while fostering teamwork and lifelong skills in a supportive environment.
