Long tails, short tails, grabbing tails, swimming tails — and even tails that fall off! Kids compare amazing animal tails and discover how tails help animals climb, balance, escape, communicate, and survive. Exploration through live reptiles and amphibians, hands-on activities, and games led by Becca, the Education Director.

The Center for Snake Conservation was founded in 2011 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to changing human perceptions about snakes. We have grown to include My Nature Lab as our educational facility in Louisville, Colorado where you can come visit us and learn to understand nature.
