Summer CAMP: Wonderland! (Half Day 2nd-5th)

Jump down the rabbit hole and into a land of creativity! We will be creating all kinds of creative projects based on Alice and Wonderland from Mad Hatter hats, to chesire cats, queens, hearts and a tea party too! Don't be late for this very important artistic date!

Artists will explore a variety of materials and techniques, including canvas painting, creative cardboard, mixed media, clay, and more. We can’t wait to tip our hats to creativity, make new friends, and enjoy a summer full of art and fun!

NOTE: Projects per day subject to change due to enrollment, inventory and supplies, but not to worry, your child will have fun, be engaged and challenged while they are creating wonderful projects. Photo on listing may not be representative of actual camp projects.

A Day in the Createry! Camp Life:

• 8:25 morning extended day check in

• 8:50 Check-in

• 9-9:15 hellos and icebreakers

• 9:15-9:30 Project instructions

• 9:30-10:30 Project 1 creating

• 10:30-10:45 Outside and Snack

• 10:45-11:45 Project 1 finish (mini projects or free time if extra time allows)

• 11:45-12:00 Clean Up and see you later

• Half Day kids go home / Full Day kids have lunch 12:00-12:30

• (schedule repeats for afternoon - with different projects!)

• 3:30 pick up

• 3:30-4:00 Extended Day

• Each camp classroom has 1 lead teacher and 1 assistant assigned to the room. (for classes over 14 kids)

Every teacher and assistant is background checked and many are CPR/First Aid certified

• We understand kids get excited about art, however, we strive to provide a calm, nurturing and fun environment for all. If a child's behavior is disrupting the class, we will first have a conversation with that child and provide quite time, fidget time or a break if needed. If the behavior persists, we will provide detailed information in writing and inform the parent/guardian of behavior at time of pickup. Please read the code of conduct in the waiver for more information.

Good to Know

• Please check the age requirements for camps. We cannot accept children under the age of 5.

• Enroll in the age group your child will be entering in the Fall.

• We will not be able to make exceptions for siblings to join camps together if they are not the age listed for the camp. If camp numbers are lower, all age groups may be combined in one classroom.

• We do not provide food or sunscreen. Please provide 1 snack for half day and 2 snacks and a lunch for full day and a water bottle. Apply sunscreen before coming if you need. Kids may bring sunscreen, but they must self apply. We go outside 1-3 times a day weather permitting for 15-30 min.

Snacks are available in the snack shack for purchase before camp begins.
