After-School Program 2026–27

A comprehensive after-school program for children ages 5–14 featuring daily Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai training, homework help, positive mentorship, and optional transportation from participating local schools — Monday through Friday until 6:00 PM.

Transportation available from participating local schools. Includes unlimited BJJ and Muay Thai training and free laundry service for all uniforms. Early registration by July 5 includes a bonus package (gi, no-gi uniform, Muay Thai uniform, water bottle, and backpack) valued at $265. Start time listed is approximate; program begins at each child's school dismissal time.

Marcio Cruz BJJ New Tampa is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy led by Professor Marcio "Pé de Pano" Cruz, a black belt under Professor Carlos Gracie Jr. and one of the most accomplished BJJ competitors of his generation. The academy offers programs for all ages — from toddlers through adults — built around the principles of respect, discipline, hard work, and community.
