A comprehensive after-school martial arts program where children are picked up from school and trained in traditional TaeKwon-Do. The curriculum covers anti-bullying, self-defense, traditional technique, TaeKwon-Do philosophy and history, daily physical fitness, tumbling basics, self-discipline, and character-building life skills. Competitive students may participate in 3–4 tournaments per year.

Traditional TaeKwon-Do Center of Westchase is a Tampa martial arts school founded in 2015 and led by Kyosah-nim Melissa Connatser, a second-degree black belt with over a decade of TaeKwon-Do experience. The school follows the five tenets of TaeKwon-Do—Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit—offering programs for children and adults focused on character development, physical fitness, and self-defense under Grand Master Gerhard Brunner's Traditional TaeKwon-Do system.
