Ninja class scaled for younger children, fusing gymnastics, obstacle training, and freestyle movement. Students build flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks alongside age-appropriate strength and agility work on Warrior equipment.

Upward Gymnastics Academy, founded by seasoned gymnast Cindy Gwinn, is dedicated to fostering strong minds and bodies in children through quality gymnastics training and community involvement. The academy offers a variety of programs, including recreational gymnastics, tumbling, and competitive teams, while also supporting local initiatives such as fundraising for cancer families. Their mission is to inspire young athletes and promote successful habits, positively impacting the lives of children in Pasco and Pinellas counties.
