Included in Bright Beginnings Pass ($125/month per family, up to 3 children) or available as a $25 drop-in. Location and schedule communicated via the BAND app community.
About Rainbow Bright CircleTime
Rainbow Bright CircleTime is a Tampa-based early childhood education playgroup founded by Natasha R. Parkes, a special educator and speech pathology assistant with over 17 years of experience working with children ages 0–5. The program offers parent-attended classes at pop-up locations throughout Tampa and Temple Terrace, covering music, movement, storytelling, hands-on crafts, and early literacy through their CircleTime and Reading Detectives programs. Classes serve children from birth through age 5, with a mission to nurture curiosity and creativity while empowering caregivers with tools to continue learning at home.
