Led by a team of experienced martial arts instructors lead by master Tommy Carpenter, 5th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Black Belt in HapKido and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Each day combines martial arts training with games, activities, and frequent field trips, so kids stay engaged and excited throughout the week. Kids learn self-defense, discipline, self respect and how to handle real-world situations like bullying and stranger danger, all in a structured, supportive environment.
With a large, well-staffed program, families can expect a safe, organized experience where kids get plenty of attention while having fun with peers. A great value option for parents looking for full-day care that builds confidence, keeps kids moving, and gives them something to look forward to every day.
- 7:30 – 10:00 Drop off and supervised free time
- 10:00 – 10:30 Organization of the children for roll call
- 10:30 – 11:30 Martial arts games (dodge ball, 500, 4 corners, etc.)
- 11:30 – 12:00 Prepare for departure and lunch at one of the parks
- 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch and games at the park
- 1:30 – 3:30 Activity or field trip of the day
- 3:30 – 4:30 Return to J. Park for snack and down time
- 4:30 – 5:15 Martial arts class
- 5:15 – 6:00 Free time and pick up
