A playful intro to martial arts, coordination, and discipline for ages 3–5. Classes are closely supervised by multiple adults.

BJJ: Juniors
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for older kids, emphasizing technical growth, self-discipline, and healthy competition. Closely supervised by multiple adults.

MMA: Juniors
Striking, grappling, and movement drills in a safe, age-appropriate format for junior-aged kids.

BJJ: Teens Advanced
Higher-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction and sparring for experienced teens looking to sharpen their competition or advanced skills.
